Waiting for food

It’s Giving Tuesday! This year as we celebrate all of our blessings here in the USA, the country of Haiti is facing unprecedented levels of desperation as food, fuel, and public services are becoming inaccessible. According to a recent article released by the United Nation News, “a record 4.7 million people are currently facing acute hunger (IPC 3 and above), including 1.8 million people in Emergency phase (IPC 4) and, for the first time ever in Haiti, 19,000 people are in Catastrophe phase, phase 5.”

The same article states, “This is a time of tumult in Haiti. But there is a way forward. We all need to be steadfast and focus on delivering urgent humanitarian assistance and supporting long-term development.”

This is precisely the mission and vision of Beyond Relief International Ministries. We are asking you to partner with us today to provide much needed urgent assistance and help us to continue supporting long-term development for the poorest of the poor in Haiti.

Beyond Relief needs your help to meet our goal of raising $5000 to provide food for the community of people surrounding our Haitian trade school. As special incentive, we have donors willing to match up to $2500 in donations. Your impact doubles when you choose to give today!

This Giving Tuesday, we hope you will join us on our mission to restore families, break the chains of poverty, and make hope a reality to those who need it most. JOIN US TODAY AT https://gobeyondrelief.org.
