Haiti has been facing a dire situation for several years now, and recent events have only made it worse. The news is filled with stories about the gang violence that has taken over the streets of Port Au Prince, causing the shutdown of schools, businesses, and even the airport. The people are living in constant fear, afraid to leave their homes for fear of being killed.

Despite all of this, there is still a glimmer of hope. The trade school located in the northwestern part of Haiti is still operational, and students are eager to attend and learn. However, some students have been forced to drop out due to the high cost of transportation. The struggling economy has made it increasingly difficult for people to afford basic necessities such as food and gasoline, which is having devastating effects on the population.

We are thankful to God for allowing us to continue with classes this year. However, the teachers, staff, and students are all concerned about the future of their country and how they will be able to afford to feed themselves. They desperately need your prayers and support to help them through this difficult time.

Another blessing is we have been able to add a second level to the school.  This allows for a large meeting room and some additional classrooms.

The education provided by the school is invaluable to the people of Haiti. It opens up doors to opportunities that would not be available otherwise and allows graduates to support their families. Your continued support is making a significant difference in the lives of many in Haiti. We are grateful for your help and could not do it without you.

Thank you!
