Beyond Relief Trade School held graduation for the 2020-2021 school year on Sunday, July 11. In spite of all the trials during this school year, there were still 170 students that graduated from the trade school. That was the largest graduation to date! Though Haiti is still experiencing terrible financial issues, the graduates continue finding work and are able to provide for their families.
Most of you have probably heard about Haiti’s president being assassinated last week. Port au Prince is in turmoil and there is a lot of uncertainty about what is going to happen to the country. We praise God that things are quiet up in St. Louis du Nord and the school has been able to continue on as it always
does in July getting ready for the next school year. We have made every effort to protect the staff, students and school resources. We are especially thankful for our team of guards that protect the school 24/7. Please pray for all of Haiti and pray for our staff and students to continue to be safe. Thank you for continuing to support the work that is being done in Haiti and the lives that are being changed through the grace of God.
